VOLUNTEERING
- Monthly we prepare 50 dinners for local people that need food support.
- Monthly we collect food and money for ELCA World Hunger.
- Annually we walk with CROP (Church World Service) to raise funds for local and world hunger needs.
- Annually we support Toys for Christmas, such as Toys for Tots.
- Annually we support Alternative Christmas Market with gifts of farm animals, health and education for the world.
- Annually we encourage our neighbors and preschool parents to participate in a food drive for Manna Food Bank.
- And more as the need and inspiration arrives

CROP HUNGER WALK
We participate in the annual Thousand Oaks CROP Walk fighting hunger in USA and 3rd world countries. In 2024 the CROP Walk was Sunday March 17. Over $30,000 was raised for hunger in the world and the Conejo.

BOOK AND BIBLE STUDY
KOG is proud to have LIFT (Ladies in Fellowship Together) Bible study each month. There is also a monthly book club, called Kings Readers, which meets for discussion. Check in with our Pastor for more information on how you take part.

MEALS FOR THE HOMELESS
We provide 50 home cooked meals for the homeless each month. Check in with us after worship on how you can contribute to the cause.

AA MEETINGS
There are a few of AA groups that meet at King of Glory, and we believe sharing our church space is an important part of our mission.

LGBTQIA+ FRIENDLY
We celebrate the beautiful diversity of humanity and welcome all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Our church is a safe and affirming space where everyone is valued for who they are.
